Cookie Policy
This page explains the cookie files this website stores on your device, what each type is used for, and how you can control them from your own browser. The site is operated by Innomedia Technologies Pte Ltd, #06-04, Westech Building, Pandan Loop, Singapore 128424.
What cookies are and why this site uses them
Cookies are small text files that a website asks your browser to store on your device. Each file usually holds a short name, a value, and an expiry date. They let a site recognise the same browser between page loads, which matters on a site like this one where you may move from a service page to an enquiry and back again.
A cookie is not a program and it cannot read other files on your device. It only carries the information the site that set it chose to write. Some cookies are strictly necessary for the site to work at all. Others are optional and exist to help us understand how the site is being used. This policy covers both kinds, describes how to remove them, and names where to write if something here is unclear.
We keep the number of cookies on this website deliberately small. There is no advertising network running behind these pages, no cross-site tracking pixel built into the layout, and no profile of your browsing history sold or shared onward. The cookies that exist do one of two jobs: keep the site functioning, or tell us which pages are worth improving.
Terms worth knowing
- Session cookie
- Deleted when you close the browser window. Used to carry form state from one page to the next.
- Persistent cookie
- Stays on your device for a set period, so a preference or an analytics record survives a browser restart.
- First-party and third-party
- First-party cookies are set by this domain. Third-party cookies come from a service we embed, such as an analytics or form provider.
The cookies this website sets
Two groups, nothing more. The table below sets out what each group does, whether it is required, and what happens if you block it. You can act on any of this from your browser settings — no account, no request to us needed.
If you clear your browser storage, all of these are removed at once and the site simply starts again from a clean state.
| Group | What it does | Required | If you block it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | Carries form state between pages, keeps a submitted enquiry intact, and supports basic security checks. | Yes | Forms may reset or fail to send, and parts of the site can behave unpredictably. |
| Analytics | Records which pages are opened, how long visitors stay, and where they leave — in aggregate, to guide content decisions. | No | The site works as normal; we simply see less about which pages are useful. |
| Advertising | Not set by this website. We do not run advertising profiling here and no ad network places cookies through these pages. | Not used | Nothing to block — these cookies are not present on this domain. |
A cookie name on its own says little — what matters is who set it and why.
Managing cookies in your browser
Every mainstream browser lets you see the cookies a site has stored, delete them individually, or block whole categories. The exact wording differs, but the path is usually inside Settings under a heading named Privacy, Security, or Site data. The help pages of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge each walk through it step by step.
If you would rather not decide category by category, private or incognito mode discards most cookies when the window closes. It also means a form you started will not survive a restart, so keep that in mind if you are part-way through writing to us.
Blocking essential cookies is a legitimate choice, but it does change how this site behaves. Enquiry forms are the most likely casualty: without the cookie that carries your input from one page to the next, a half-completed form can come back empty.
-
Open your browser settings
Look for the section covering privacy, security or site data. On mobile browsers it often sits under a menu labelled with your account or the three-dot button.
-
Review what this site stored
Search the stored cookie list for this domain. You will see the essential entries and, if you have not blocked them, the analytics ones. Anything else listed under another domain belongs to a different site.
-
Delete, block or allow
Remove single entries, clear everything for this domain, or block third-party cookies across the board. Your choice applies to future visits, not retroactively to data already sent.
-
Check the site still works for you
Load a page or two and try a form. If something breaks, re-enable essential cookies for this domain and it should return to normal immediately.
Third-party cookies and who controls them
Some of the tools behind this website are operated by other companies. When you load a page that uses an analytics service or a hosted form handler, that provider may set its own cookie on your device. Those cookies belong to the provider, not to us, and they are covered by the provider's own privacy and cookie documents rather than this page.
We choose providers that keep their cookie use narrow, and we do not ask them to build advertising profiles from visitors to this site. Even so, we cannot delete a third-party cookie on your behalf or change how a provider handles it. The reliable route is your browser settings, or the opt-out control the provider publishes on its own site.
What this means in practice
-
A third-party cookie can be blocked in your browser exactly like a first-party one. Most browsers group them under a single third-party setting.
-
If an embedded tool stops working after you block third-party cookies, the site itself keeps loading — only that one feature is affected.
-
We cannot see, edit or remove what a provider stores. Requests about those cookies go to the provider, and its documentation explains how.
-
If we add or replace a provider, this policy is updated at this address so the list stays accurate.

Changes to this cookie policy
When we update it
This policy is revised when the tools running on the site change — for example if an analytics or form service is replaced, or if a new category of cookie appears.
Where the current version lives
The version in force is always the one published at this address. Older copies are not archived elsewhere, so there is no risk of reading an out-of-date page by mistake.
What does not change
Your browser remains the place where you accept, block or delete cookies. Nothing on this page overrides a setting you have already made on your own device.
Questions about cookies on this site
If something in this policy does not match what you see in your browser, write to us and we will check it. Please include the browser you are using and the page you were on, so the answer is specific rather than general.

Do I have to accept cookies to browse this site?
No. You can read every page without accepting analytics cookies. Essential cookies are set as you browse because the site cannot hold form state or run its security checks without them, but blocking those in your browser is still your choice.
What happens to an enquiry if I clear cookies mid-form?
The text you had typed can be lost, because the cookie that carried it between pages is gone. Nothing is sent to us until you press the submit button, so no half-finished message reaches our inbox. Simply start again, or write to the email address on this page instead.
Do these cookies follow me to other websites?
The cookies set by this domain stay scoped to it. Advertising cookies, which are the ones that typically follow a visitor across sites, are not used here at all. Third-party cookies from an embedded analytics or form service are the only exception, and those are described above.
Can I ask you to delete what has already been collected?
Yes. Email the address on this page and describe what you would like removed. Clearing your own browser storage removes the cookies on your device straight away; a request to us covers anything held on our side, and the privacy policy explains how those requests are handled.
Will you tell me before a new cookie type is added?
The policy at this address is updated whenever the tools behind the site change, so it always reflects what is actually running. There is no separate notification list to join — this page is the record.
