About Innomedia Technologies

A Singapore digital solutions provider working across web development, mobile apps, UX/UI design and e-commerce — for teams that need the work delivered, not described.

A studio built on delivery, not on decks

Innomedia Technologies Pte Ltd is a Singapore digital solutions provider working across web development, mobile apps, UX/UI design, and e-commerce. The company operates from #06-04, Westech Building, Pandan Loop, Singapore 128424, and works with local SMEs, regional brands, and product teams that need digital work delivered rather than described.

This page covers who we are, what we focus on, and how we work with clients — from the first call about a problem through to support after launch.

A Singapore base with regional reach

Being registered and operating in Singapore shapes how we work. Review calls happen in the client's time zone. Handover sessions can be in person. Local payment, logistics, and platform expectations are familiar ground rather than something we research from scratch. We also take on work from the wider region, where the same delivery process applies.

What we actually do

Four service lines, one team

Two hands typing on a laptop at a dark desk with a warm window stripe across the keyboard

Web development

Content-managed sites, custom front ends and internal tools built to load on a mid-range phone and to be handed over with documentation. Where a lighter platform such as Webflow genuinely fits the job, we say so instead of quoting a custom build.

Web Development

Mobile apps

Kotlin and Swift for native builds, React Native and Flutter where one codebase has to serve both stores. We agree the platform question before design starts, not after.

Mobile App Development

UX/UI design

Flows, wireframes and interface work tested against real tasks. A checkout problem is often a UX problem, and we would rather find that before code is written.

UX/UI Design

E-commerce

Shopify, WooCommerce and Shopline builds and rebuilds: catalogue structure, checkout steps, delivery options and the admin habits that keep a store running after launch day. Running design, build and commerce through one team avoids the gaps that appear when they sit with separate vendors.

Practical outcomes over presentation

The measure of a digital project is whether it does its job after launch. That means a site that loads on a mid-range phone, a checkout that works on the first attempt, and analytics that tell you what happened. We are not interested in delivering something impressive in a review meeting and unusable in production.

What we check before calling a project done

  • Page weight and load behaviour on a mid-range Android phone
  • A full purchase or enquiry path walked through end to end
  • Analytics and event tracking that report what actually happened
  • Handover notes the client team can act on without us in the room

Who we work with

Most clients are Singapore businesses that need a website, a store, or an app built or improved. Some arrive with a detailed brief. Others have a problem and no clear idea what the solution is called. Both are workable starting points — we confirm the right entry point before quoting anything.

Small and mid-sized businesses

A first proper website, or a rebuild of one that no longer fits the business. Often the brief is a deadline and a competitor's site to beat.

Regional brands

Teams selling across more than one market that need a store or content platform to hold up in each of them, without a separate build per country.

Product teams

In-house teams that need design or engineering capacity for a defined stretch of work, working alongside their own roadmap and tools.

Our technology choices

Established tools, chosen per job

We work with established platforms and languages rather than chasing novelty. The list below is what we reach for by default — not a rule that overrides the job in front of us.

Native mobile

Platform-specific apps

Kotlin, Swift

Cross-platform mobile

One codebase, two stores

React Native, Flutter

Commerce

Catalogue to checkout

Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopline

Content-managed sites

Editable by your own team

Mainstream CMS, Webflow

Where a lighter option such as Webflow fits, we will say so instead of upselling a custom build. Where a platform cannot carry the requirements — multi-currency, complex fulfilment, integrations — we will say that too, and explain what the alternative costs in time and maintenance.

How we handle projects

Each stage has a review point and a named contact. Scope is written down before work begins, and changes are handled as changes rather than absorbed silently. If something slips, you hear it early.

  1. Stage one

    Discovery and prototype

We map the current situation, agree what the first phase includes, and prototype the riskiest screen or flow before committing to a full build. You see something real before the largest invoice.

  2. Stage two

    Development and testing

Build work runs in reviewable stages with a named contact on both sides. Testing covers the devices and browsers your customers actually use, not the ones that are convenient to test on.

  3. Stage three

    Launch and support

Launch is a scheduled step with a rollback plan, not an afternoon surprise. After go-live we stay reachable for fixes, small changes and the questions that only appear once real traffic arrives.

Questions we get asked

Short answers to the things that come up before a first project starts. If yours is not here, ask us directly — it is usually a two-minute conversation.

Do you work with clients outside Singapore?

Yes. The same delivery process applies to regional work. Calls are scheduled in your time zone and reviews run remotely; in-person handover is available when you are in Singapore.

I do not know whether I need a website, a store or an app.

That is a common starting point. Describe the problem and the deadline; we will confirm which service line fits and what the first phase involves before any quote is written.

Can you take over a project another team started?

Often, yes. We review the existing code and platform first and tell you honestly whether continuing or rebuilding is the better route. That review happens before we commit to a scope.

How does a project start?

With a short call about the current situation and the deadline. From there we can tell you which service line fits and roughly what the first phase involves.
